NPIN (On Line PIN): On-line PIN authentication (Personal Identification Number).
PPSG (Paper Signature): Handwritten paper signature.
PSWD (Password): Authentication by a password.
SCRT (Secure Certificate): Electronic commerce transaction secured with the X.509 certificate of a customer.
SCNL (Secured Channel): Channel-encrypted transaction.
SNCT (Secure No Certificate): Secure electronic transaction without cardholder certificate.
CPSG (Signature Capture): Electronic signature capture (handwritten signature).
ADDB (Billing Address Verification): Cardholder billing address verification.
BIOM (Biometry): Biometric authentication of the cardholder.
CDHI (Cardholder Identification Data): Cardholder data provided for verification, for instance social security number, driver license number, passport number.
CRYP (Cryptogram Verification): Verification of a cryptogram generated by a chip card or another device, for instance ARQC (Authorisation Request Cryptogram).
CSCV (CSC Verification): Verification of Card Security Code.
PSVE (Passive Authentication): Authentication based on statistical cardholder behaviour.
CSEC (Secure Electronic Commerce): Authentication performed during a secure electronic commerce transaction.
ADDS (Shipping Address Verification): Cardholder shipping address verification.
MANU (Manual Verification): Manual verification, for example passport or drivers license.
FPIN (Offline PIN): Off-line PIN authentication (Personal Identification Number).
TOKP (Payment Token): Verification or authentication related to the use of a payment token, for instance the validation of the authorised use of a token.
