Definition: Reason why the payment status is pending (settlement).

Type: PendingSettlement2Code (String)

Allowed Values:

  • AWMO (Awaiting Money): Securities have been delivered, but the settlement amount has not been received from the counterparty.
  • CAIS (Awaiting Securities): Awaiting securities from corporate action issue or other procedures, for example, conversion, dematerialisation, exchange, registration, stamping, splitting, etc.
  • REFU (Instruction Refused Or Not Recognised): Instruction that has been refused or not recognised, and is represented automatically.
  • AWSH (Awaiting Shares From Counterparty): Securities have not yet been received from the counterparty.
  • PHSE (Physical Delivery Delay): Settlement is physical and securities are being delivered.
  • TAMM (Trade Amended In Market): Trade is being amended in the market.
  • DOCY (Awaiting Documents Or Endorsements From You): Awaiting documents or endorsements from you.
  • DOCC (Awaiting Documents Or Endorsements From Coun): Awaiting documents or endorsements terparty from the counterparty.
  • BLOC (Account Blocked): Your account is blocked, no instruction can settle over the account.
  • CHAS (Enquiry Sent): Chaser/enquiry sent to the agent or depository.
  • NEWI (New Issues): Securities are new issues and are not yet available/tradable.
  • CLAC (Counterparty Insufficient Securities): Insufficient deliverable securities in the counterparty's account, or counterparty does not hold the securities.
  • MUNO (Multiple Settlement Amount): Securities quantity is not a multiple of an existing settlement amount lot for the instructed financial instrument.
  • GLOB (Global Form Securities): Settlement cannot be executed as securities are in global form.
  • PREA (Preadvice Instructed): Your instruction is a preadvice, that is, matching only.
  • GUAD (Guaranteed Delivery Indicator Difference): Guaranteed delivery indicator differs in the counterparty's instruction.
  • PART (Trade Settles In Partials): Trade will settle in partials.
  • NMAS (No Matching Required): Instruction has not been matched because the matching process is not required.
  • CMON (Counterparty Insufficient Money): Insufficient money in the counterparty's account.
  • YCOL (Collateral Shortage): Not enough collateral in your account to execute the transaction.
  • COLL (Securities Pledged As Collateral): Securities are not deliverable as they are pledged as collateral.
  • DEPO (Refused Deposit For Issue Of Depositary Receipts): Deposit of shares for the issuing of depositary receipts has been refused. The allotment for depositary receipts granted by the issuer is exceeded by the transaction.
  • FLIM (Maximum Foreign Limit Reached): Insufficient deliverable securities in your account because the maximum foreign limit has been reached.
  • NOFX (No Foreign Exchange Instruction): Foreign exchange instruction is missing.
  • INCA (Income Adjustement Required): Securities require income adjustment, for example, dividend or interest.
  • LINK (Pending Linked Instruction): Your instruction is pending settlement because the instruction linked to it is pending.
  • FUTU (Awaiting Settlement Date): Instruction is awaiting the settlement date, and no settlement problems have been reported.
  • LACK (Lack Of Securities): Insufficient deliverable securities in your account.
  • LALO (Securities Loaned Out): Insufficient deliverable securities in your account because securities are loaned out.
  • MONY (Insufficient Money): Insufficient money in your account.
  • NCON (Confirmation Not Received): Settlement confirmation has not been received.
  • REFS (Not In Good Order): Delivery/receipt has been refused because the physical securities are not in good order.
  • SDUT (Lack Of Stamp Duty Information): Instruction is pending as stamp duty information is missing.
  • BATC (Processing Batch Difference): Processing batch differs in the counterparty's instruction, for example, day time/real time versus overnight.
  • CYCL (Awaiting Next Settlement Cycle): Instruction is confirmed in the local market or is ready for settlement, awaiting the next settlement cycle.
  • SBLO (Securities Blocked): Settlement is pending. The securities are blocked due to, for example, a corporate action event, re-alignment.
  • CPEC (Counterparty In Receivership): Counterparty is in receivership, that is, the form of bankruptcy where a court appointed person, the receiver, manages the affairs of the business.
  • MINO (Minimum Settlement Amount): Securities amount is lower than the minimum existing settlement amount for the instructed financial instrument.
  • PCAP (Pending CAP): Payment is pending, and does not settle because the actual use of the risk management limit on the counterpart (bilateral limit) prevents settlement.
